The Environmental Services Technician:

Performs various cleaning functions in patient and non-patient areas, and assigned floor care functions based on hospital standards in accordance with safety and infection control requirements

Distributes linens; moves and sets up furniture; cleans up spills; maintains equipment, furniture, and supplies to aid in cost control

Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred specific skills include: Operate and maintain floor, carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment
