Summary/Objective
The Director is responsible for overseeing and supporting a variety of programs. The program is a comprehensive 24/7 helpline that provides a wide array of information and resources (i.e. talk, text, and web-based resources) that also provides disaster and crisis response. This position will require a candidate that can oversee the operations (including the outsourced call center), conduct outreach through presentations, and effectively coordinate and collaborate with community partners to enhance the program and increase overall community impact. This position is a cross-sector leader that can understand, develop and implement program enhancement, design, and integration.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to collaborate with individuals and organizations, exhibit critical thinking/sound judgment and maintain a strong commitment to equity, quality assurance, ability to analyze reports and data, and have phenomenal written and oral communication skills.
Work Environment
This position is both in-person and virtual. This position requires a quiet workspace for privacy while on the remote environment.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience or combination of education/experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATION
Possess a valid California Driver's License and verifiable automobile insurance. Must have the use of a reasonably reliable automobile or equivalent vehicle for transportation to offsite training and events.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Program Assistant and volunteers/interns as needed.
