A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Member Services Representative, you arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed service as the first line of interaction with our members. You cheerfully greet current and prospective members in person, on the phone, by text, and by email--taking the time to really listen to their needs. With professionalism, you help process transactions and solve problems, as well as provide information about our credit union and the services we offer. You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our members.
With efficiency and accuracy, you process routine financial transactions such as the opening and closing of accounts, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, cash advances, and certificate renewals. You also have opportunities to utilize your product knowledge to cross-sell financial products and services to meet the financial needs of our members. You take pride in contributing to our success by treating those you serve as people, not numbers!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
This is a full-time Monday - Friday position with hours between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm. You would have your late evenings and weekends free!
