Job Title: Security Guard - Desk Post Full Time
Location: Brentwood, NY
Environment: Nursing Home
Pay Rate: $15/hrly

Shift & Hours: Monday-Friday 2p-10p

General Requirements:

• Must be willing to obtain required medical vaccinations (MMR, PPD, etc.)
• Must be willing to obtain covid test with negative result in order to start onsite.
• Must be willing to obtain CPR Certification.

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond in a timely fashion to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Ability to deescalate potential conflicts
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
• Maintain security presence to enforce a safe environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Must be willing to obtain CPR Certification within one month of employment.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Experience in the Medical Field Preferred, but not required
• Receptionist or Administrative Assistant experience preferred but not required.

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
