The Outside Sales Rep will work closely with Home Builders and Contractors, helping to improve the quality of the water in Houston, Texas. The rep will be selling a positive and healthy solution to unsafe drinking water.
We offer an excellent base compensation, commissions and sales support as well as paid training to ensure that you are fully prepared.

- Meeting with home builders and contractors to educate them on whole house water purification and reverse osmosis clean water systems.
- Build relationships with contractors, provide them with marketing materials and continuing education of the product to successfully sell systems to new home buyers.
- Effectively utilize electronic tools and applications provided.
- Achieve standards and quotas.
- Produce high quality territory management activities, including, building relationships and providing education while increasing brand awareness
- Prospect for new clients
- Efficiency in setting appointments
- Meet activity goals established within the assigned territory for visits and other key outreach metrics
- Deliver sales presentations
- Maintain professional communication with management regarding activities, and other business opportunities
- Actively demonstrate a commitment to excellent service to all customers
- Is an energetic team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Has the ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Sales CRM’s
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and customer focus
- Understanding of water filtration/water treatment a plus

- Ability to work autonomously
- Energetic and outgoing personality with an affinity for engaging with the public
- Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Base pay plus commissions, NO CAP ON EARNINGS!!
