Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
 We are located in Blaine, MN. We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team  

We have an opening for an organized, hardworking, certified medical assistant, with exceptional skills to join our fast pace team. The ideal candidate should be a motivated, driven individual who takes initiative to  deliver high quality care to every patient.

Candidates should have good communication skills with the ability to multitask and have an eye for detail. COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES) REQUIRED:

• General Duties: rooming patients; taking appropriate patient histories, setting up room for procedures; sterilizing used instruments, anticipating provider(s) needs; assisting provider(s) during exams and procedures.
• Addressing patient concerns and returning patient/pharmacy calls in a timely manner.
• Fast learner and ability to handle a busy schedules
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment and ability to changes
• Maintain regular attendance with punctuality a must
• Experience with EMR is helpful but not require
• Part-time position: 24-30 hours per week: Monday - Friday *no holidays or weekends
• Required license or certification:

• CMA
• CPR

Certification or willing to obtain CMA within 1 year of hire date.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4-8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Certified Medical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
• medical office: 1 year (Preferred not required)

License:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
