Zen IT Systems is a new managed IT services company in the DFW area and we are looking for a sales representative with a hunter/closer personality and the drive and determination to deliver results! Our sales team is hungry to hit the ground running, build relationships and expand, and you should be too!
You will use industry leading tools, CRM, a prospect generation tool, cold calling and determination to learn your territory and identify those companies that could use our solutions to drive their businesses forward. You are a driven sales executive with at least 3 years of proven experience (IT experience not required). You will own the entire sales cycle for your territory from lead generation to relationship building to closing the deal. You will also be responsible for relationship management for your accounts. If you don't know IT inside and out, don't worry. It only takes a couple days to get the necessary basic understanding of our products that you will need. Your earning is only limited by the results you can deliver! You must be a polished communicator to succeed in this position.
Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory
Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
Ability to overcome objections
Execute against territory and client plans to capitalize on market/industry and client opportunity
Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy
Preparing and delivering customer presentations clearly and confidently
Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services
Build relationships with consultants on assignment with clients to monitor engagement and develop deeper understanding of client
Keep client information and sales leads up to date in Salesforce CRM

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
