This position's responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and referring applicants forward for professional, managerial, technical, and administrative positions throughout the organization. This person must possess extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare recruitment required
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required
May substitute 5 years of progressive, recent, Human Resource experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) or other Human Resource certification preferred
