    RECRUITER (HEALTHCARE)

    UNITED STATES: Oregon – Coos Bay

     

    SUMMARY:

    TalentSmiths is currently gearing up to assist a client with identifying a full-time experienced healthcare recruiter in Oregon – Coos Bay. Apply now if you meet the below-listed qualifications.

    This position's responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and referring applicants forward for professional, managerial, technical, and administrative positions throughout the organization.  This person must possess extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:

    • Reviewing job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager and asking insightful questions to help identify the right candidate
    • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against job descriptions
    • Presenting candidates in a personal, meaningful, and knowledgeable format
    • Continuous candidate contact; before, during, and after the interview/hiring process
    • Establish and maintain a positive rapport with all candidates, potential candidates, and hiring managers.
    • Develop and leverage a network of professionals for future candidate submittals through Social Media and attending regional conferences.
    • The ideal candidate will understand how to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a team-focused environment.
    • Will possess excellent communication skills, with an outgoing, personable, personality.
    • Demonstrated ability to use coaching, teaching and mentoring to enhance team development
    • Available for independent overnight travel with minimum supervision

     

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required

    Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare recruitment required

    Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required

    May substitute 5 years of progressive, recent, Human Resource experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

    Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) or other Human Resource certification preferred

     

    Travel: 25%
