We are looking for a steady, multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. The role of our Scheduler is at the center of the business and has the critically important responsibility of connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our senior clients in order to ensure that the highest quality care is provided. Our Scheduler must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we serve.
Candidates must be willing and able to perform direct caregiving duties, including help with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting and mobility assistance, on occasion when needed. Prior caregiving experience with seniors is required.
This is a full-time position working in the office 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday, plus taking on call every other weekend from home. Weekend on call duties include handling essential business operations from 5 PM on Friday until 8 AM on Monday.
A valid driver's license and an automobile with insurance are required to be able to perform work duties each work day.
