This growing non-profit health care system is looking for an experienced manager to promote and sustain an integral department. Serving in a role that’s equal parts administrator, educator, and leader, the Quality Risk Management Nurse Director will play a central role in the effective and efficient operations of this community medical system.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), and working closely with the Hospital Medical Director, the Director of Quality, Risk, and Accreditation Management will develop, implement, and evaluate programs that address issues at the core of every acute care hospital environment; issues such as patient and staff safety, the collection and reporting of quality data, ensuring that proper infection prevention processes are in place, and acting as the lead for TJC Survey proceedings and accreditation.
The Director of Nursing Quality and Risk will spearhead and oversee multiple, complex program aimed at overall process improvement throughout the medical center and the health system.
