Job Description

KellyOCG is actively looking for a Communications Manager - Diversity & Inclusion for a long term assignment including benefits with a Global Healthcare Company located in New Brunswick, NJ. 

Pay rate:  $48/hour plus benefits

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Reporting to global HR communications leader, partner with and support ODEI 
     on the execution of a global ODEI communications strategy, identifying 
     opportunities for strategic alignment with other planned communications across 
     HR
•    Drive communications planning and cadence of global ODEI global efforts, 
     manage integration of dates into Global OneHR Communications Calendar, and 
     provide consistent updates to inform ODEI communications lead 
•    Design and deploy a framework for ODEI stakeholder (both internal and 
      external) engagement to inform communications strategy, priority campaigns and 
      messaging     
•    Support LinkedIn content development    
•    Develop and execute priority ODEI communications programs via all-employee 
        and HR communication vehicles and channels (e.g., email, intranet, newsletters, 
        Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Portal, Yammer, town halls, webinars)
•    Partner with cross-functional team members to align DEI content and amplify 
        initiatives via Content Lab, media relations, sectors
•    Coordinate with Email Marketing agency for all ODEI communications delivered 
        via email 
•    Develop ODEI messaging and content for HR events, and manage alignment 
        with ODEI communications lead

Qualifications:
•    A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
•    A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required; agency experience is 
     preferred
•    Communications or human resources experience is required
•    Experience with change management or supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 
      initiatives is preferred    
•    Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred 
•    Experience managing roll out (communications & capability) of a large-scale 
        complex global project is preferred
