Inventory Worker - We will need one temp employee for 2-3 weeks and one for 6-8 weeks at the CG Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226, both commencing on Monday, 13 July. The actual duration for each employee will depend on the progress of the inventory. I will advise both your office and the employee as soon as possible concerning the duration to minimize any downtime in finding new employment for the individual. In the past my Kelly Services POC has made a recommendation regarding which of the candidates would be best to fill which time slot based on the candidate s experience and the past performance evaluations of the candidate. Please provide me with your recommendation regarding the candidates eventually selected. I do not need to interview the candidates as your recommendations have been acceptable in the past. Once the candidates have been agreed upon, if possible, we would like them to go the CG Yard to register for the RAPIDGate Program and initiate the credentialing process so their credential may be ready by 13 July. We understand this will incur an additional minimum 4 hour charge prior to commencement of work on 13 July. Attached are two documents about the RAPIDGate program. One is the RAPIDGate Program Registration and Issuance Guidebook and the other is the fail criteria for vetting conducted under the RAPIDGate Proram. Both come from the website for RAPIDGate, one under Employee registration and the other from their FAQs. The Guidebook contains instructions to input the necessary information to the registration kiosk for background screening and also the necessary forms of identification for verifying their identity to pick up the completed credential. The RAPIDGate registration kiosk is located at the CG Yard in Building 82-A. The building is actually a small room adjacent to the personnel gate outside the Security Office. If they do not see the RAPIDGate sign, they can ask the gate guard about the kiosk location or go into the Security Office for assistance. The hours of operation are Mon - Sun 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During the input process candidates will be requested to input an email address for notification that their credential is ready for pick-up. If the candidates do not have or do not wish to provide their personal email address, please have them use my email address, sborloz verizon.net. They will be picking up their credential in the gray trailer located near the entrance to the employee parking area North Lot where the Coast Guard security personnel inspect contractor vehicles, hopefully on their first day of work, or once they have been notified that the credential is ready. In order to register in the RAPIDGate program they will need the following during registration: - Our company code which is: CNAHDTNX - To be 18 years of age or older - Have a Valid Social Security Number They will also be required to have a picture taken and fingerprints scanned while at the kiosk per the instructions in the Guidebook. I or my other team leader will meet them at the main gate on the first day they report for work and escort them to the location from which we will be working. We will be providing them an E.L. Hamm ID badge in addition to the RAPIDGate credential but, since we will not have photos to put on the company ID badges, they will also need a photo ID to verify their identify, especially if they have not yet received their RAPIDGate credential. They should contact me on my cellphone, 757-739-8728, when they arrive at the gate on that day. ADDITIONAL GENERAL INFORMATION TO PASS TO THE CANDIDATES - As of now due to the pandemic, all personnel are required to wear masks while working inside or anytime while working within 6 feet of another individual.
