Help Desk Technician for Evening/2nd Shift - 4:00pm - 12 midnight
Location: Dahlgren, VA
Clearance: Secret (DOD)
Help Desk Technician with demonstrated ability to provide on-site support regarding setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of user workstations. Must be at least Level I certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01 M IAT* or the successor.
Two (2) years of related experience in industry, federal or DoD Help Desk support.
CompTIA A+ Certification
Operating System(OS Vendor Certificate) - MCA Desktop
Secret Clearance (DoD)
Telephone technical and on-site support to employees regarding setup,
Troubleshooting and maintenance of user workstations.
Experience shall include identifying potential issues with computer systems,
Installing and configuring hardware and software,
Managing user accounts,
Upgrading software and use of a helpdesk ticketing system.
