SESO Transport is looking for an experienced OTR driver to join our team. The ideal candidate has the choice to remain as a full time OTR driver or transition to a Fleet Manager position in about a year.

Job Description:
- OTR interstate hauling of general freight dry van 6 days a week
- All the responsibilities of daily safety, mechanical checks
- Routes are between 300 and 600 miles a day
- Flexible home time
- Transportation to & from home base via airfare after a designated time on the road
- One night a week at a point of rest/hotel. One day off
- Area of operation mostly Eastern US
- Comply w/ truck rules & regulations
- Document log work/rest periods
- Scan POD/BOL documents and keep good records/receipts
Requirements:
- At least 23 years old
- Three years on Class A CDL driving
- CDL from State of GA preferred
- A good driving record (no recent moving or driving violations)
- Valid Medical card
- OTR experience preferred

Benefits:
- Weekly payment. Work from Monday to Saturday and we pay the following Friday
Weekly Pay and Bonus Programs = $1,600/week
- Salary of $1,450/week
- On time delivery: $100/week

Transition to Fleet Manager or Reserve Driver in the Future
As we grow, the ideal Lead Driver would transition into a Fleet Manager role if they desire to get off the road exclusively. The job responsibilities would transition to ensuring the company tractors and drivers are operating at an optimal level. Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding drivers routes. Daily check in calls with drivers.
- Receive breakdown calls from drivers and advise on repair facilities. Coordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime
- Daily monitoring of maintenance issues with tractors and trailers to include regular status updates
- Track, report and relay service information for all preventative maintenance and annual inspections services
- Initiate, audit and sustain all tractor and trailer maintenance files in all necessary systems
- Keep all equipment DOT compliant
- Reserve driver when needed
