Job Description
- Take customer orders at the counter
- Receive payments and present change to customers
- Manage the workflow between yourself and the cook to ensure prompt customer service
- Pack food items, cook fryer items, refill sauces, stock drinks, ect
- Function as the host/hostess of the restaurant
- Provide customer service even after order is placed
- Create food checks, check in product delivers (2-3/week)
- Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours
- Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
- Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
