What we require—
Must have obtained Food Handler Certificate as required by city or state
Previous experience supervising, leading and coaching a team
Food and Restaurant Team experience
Knowledge of proper food safety handling
A team player with a positive can-do attitude
Collaborative communication skills
Accountable in upholding high standard
A knack for delivering personable customer service and a desire to make connections with guests everyday
All employees must be 18 years of age or older
What you do—
Ensure all food, kitchen equipment and restaurant space meets food safety and quality standards
Oversee store opening + closing
Perform multiple daily food safety & quality checks
Train and coach new team members
