        Entry Level Inside Sales Representative Position Overview: PlanITROI's Entry Level Inside Sales Representatives are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast growing and high performing sales team  - our boots on the ground solution to problem solving. We are seeking an early in your career, high energy, motivated, strategic “hunter”, who is laser focused on building a sales pipeline specifically through high call and email volume,

         

        Duties of the Entry Level Inside Sales Representative include:

        • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects
        • Qualify leads and schedule meetings between prospects and Business Development Leaders
        • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement the "Marketing Development" process
        • Follow phone and email campaigns to identify the correct person of contact with prospective PlanITROI clients
        • Research inbound leads from the PlanITROI website, follow up with them and assign them to the proper PlanITROI Business Development Leader in the CRM
        • Research Sales Qualified Accounts that match our ideal customer profile to add to outreach campaigns

        Qualifications needed for Entry Level Inside Sales Representative:

        • 'Hunter' mentality when seeking out new business
        • At least 1 year of sales experience
        • Energy and desire to make numerous (75+) connections (emails, phone calls, LinkedIn connects) daily
        • A professional remote work environment
        • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
        • Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet tools and research

        Advancement Opportunities:

        Individuals in the Entry Level Inside Sales Representative role may advance to a Business Development Leader (BDL) position in the future.  The BDL role is a sales role that sells the PlanITROI services through partners and directly to prospective customers.

        “Day in the Life”

        On any given day, the Entry Level Inside Sales Representative will be making numerous outbound calls, monitoring LinkedIn group comments, sending out email campaigns, researching/responding/assigning leads to the Business Development Leaders and assisting the PlanITROI Marketing team with ad-hoc campaigns.
