This role requires cross-functional leadership with strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication, objective evaluation of creative work and decision-making ability.

What are some responsibilities of this position?
Provides department leadership and manages team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Develops and directs campaigns, and leads campaign lifecycles, including Marketing ROI assessment, quality assurance, timelines, and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track, achieve goals and budget.
Leads and conducts research and planning of brand-building marketing initiatives and directs the implementation to support integrated marketing plans, including cross-sell, retention activities and marketing tests.
Oversees the reporting, tracking and optimization of all media KPIs/campaign performance and provides updates to executive management.
Leads and manages ECCU-owned channels, i.e., corporate website and social media channels.
Oversees the management of A/B and multivariant testing to continually improve on existing efforts.
Nurtures, cultivates and protects the corporate brand, and ensures consistent dissemination in the markets targeted.
Directs and ensures the maintenance of integrated marketing calendars for responsible brands while working towards one-to-one, personalized marketing.
What are some requirements of this position?
Previous experience in development and management of complex marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, tactics, principles and best practices, particularly those related to digital marketing campaigns
Experience in digital marketing, on-demand generation programs and campaigns including email marketing, webinars, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Knowledge of Web, email, social media, and user interface principles and best practices
Experience in project management of website, email, and social media campaigns
Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent proofreading, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Marketing, Business, or Communications and five or more years of credit union business-to-consumer or business-to-business is preferred
