        FBMC Benefits Management Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Office ClerkinMiami, Floridawho will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Miami-Dade County Public Schools client location account management and service team. This position includes but is not limited to preparing new hire packages, retiree packages, answering telephones and processing mail.

        Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

        • Organizes and maintains departmental records; prepares records for storage; retrieves records from other departments and storage.
        • Operates photocopiers, computer terminals, calculators and other office equipment.
        • Provides clerical support to department staff.
        • Process incoming and outgoing mail including facsimiles, express, overnight, inter-office and U.S. Postal Service mail.
        • Interacts with internal and external customers on the telephone as needed

        Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:

        • High school diploma or GED
        • Minimum 2 years customer service or office assistant related experience
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, web based and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
        • Bilingual preferred
