A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICE MANAGER
As a financial banking manager, you provide accurate, courteous, friendly, timely, and professional customer service to all members. You provide coaching to the member services team when appropriate while maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff. Performing administrative duties including scheduling, communicating with managers, completing existing employee's performance evaluations, and staff development are performed when necessary. You are responsible for reviewing applications, hiring for open positions, and training new employees.
As you take calls, you ask open-ended questions to assist members and potential members with their banking needs and direct members to employees when appropriate. Your problem-solving skills allow you to resolve issues quickly and refer problems that are beyond your authority to a supervisor. Each day you account for all monies, balance assigned cash, and assist in any area as directed. As you work, you gain a deep understanding of financial banking and are able to lend a helping hand wherever needed.
Do you have strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal to no supervision? Can you maintain a professional work environment and businesslike appearance?
