-General Labor Experience or Construction experience

Candidate will be working in the production building as a concrete worker/general laborer. Will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsible to learn all the skills listed on the Production Worker Skill Sheet.
Gather the components required to be placed in form and layout, as directed by Leadperson.
Prepare forms for the day's pour by cleaning, caulking and oiling of forms.
As directed, fabricate steel bars into cages for precast pieces.
Properly place the components into form at required locations prior to stressing cable.
Inspect chuck assemblies, prior to chucking cable, for defects and cleanliness and replace, if required.
Use tape measure.
First Shift 4:00am to 2:00pm - $17/hr
Second shift 3:00pm to 1:00am - $18/hr
WILL WORK OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS 55-60 hour work weeks
