In a Spotloan Customer Service Agent position, the goal is to provide the best customer service possible, as that person is the face of the brand. These agents ensure that people know what they are signing up for and exactly what a loan will cost. At Spotloan, borrowers have personal contact with agents who know their situation. The agents job is to help borrowers get loans and assist them through the repayment process. We are looking for hard-working, smart, dedicated and friendly people with an interest in providing superior customer service. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This position enjoys a rotating schedule from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm M-F and Saturdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on an as-needed basis. This position is classified as non-exempt hourly with pay DOE.
