As our business grows we are seeking an Administrative/ Sales Support position.
We are searching for a dependable and reliable individual to join our team. This individual will perform the below tasks:
- Sells services over the phone and via email (85% of position is sales)
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction
- Answers phone
- Maintains customer data records
- Processes paperwork from sales and technicians team members
- Retaining customers through proactive post sale follow-up
- Developing a knowledge of Lawn Doctor Services to answer questions customers or prospects may have
- Post Production
- Post customer payments
- Other duties as needed
The ideal candidate for this position must posses the following:
- Strong background in sales
- Prior call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Meet Goals
- Multi tasker
This position can be remote / virtual for the right candidate. Requirements are high-speed internet and a computer/laptop with a webcam. Printer is highly recommended.
THIS IS A HIGH PACED POSITION. REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO ACCURATELY DO SEVERAL THINGS AT ONCE!
30 Hours Per week. Hours are negotiable. Some Saturday's are required.
