AMITA Health Foglia Family Foundation Residential Treatment Center is located in a tranquil community setting, offering the latest approaches in evidence-based treatments, but also leading-edge technological interventions such as our Virtual Reality Treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, addictions and more.

 

Residents follow personalized treatment plans incorporating the specific therapy groups most relevant to their needs.

 

The new AMITA Health Foglia Center might be the supportive place where you can finally break through your anxiety and/or addiction. Residential treatment offers the structure of a hospital and 24-hour support, but in a more home-like, less restrictive setting.

 

Here, you can immerse yourself in a nonjudgmental healing environment where you can experience innovative therapies, take part in personalized, expert-guided, therapeutic activities that are proven to achieve lasting results and even feel free to exercise in our gym.

 

Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing, the Foglia center can create a treatment plan that is right for you.

 

 Work Schedule: Full -Time, 1:00pm - 11:30 pm w/ rotating weekends

 

What You Will Do:

As the Milieu Supervisor you will provide direct behavioral health patient care.

• Assist patients with performing activities of daily living.
• Provide or assist with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities.
• Report any changes in condition and suggest modifications to the treatment plan.
• Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients.

What You Will Need:

 

Education:

• Bachelors degree in social services, behavioral health

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention credentialed from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) preferred.
• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Illinois Department of Public Health preferred

 

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required
