Job duties for the shop and field:
Assembly of pumps, disassembly of pumps, some light painting, water well pumps for the municipalities, working with 6" - 12" pipe and 10', shafting, wire cleaning, will be trained on it,
Tools - hand tools, air wrench, and will be working with someone else. .
They re-manufacture the parts, pumps, and piping to be used again. There are are times where they will be doing general labor type duties, sweeping, carrying heavy parts, (80lbs). MUST BE OK WITH THIS, they try to keep everyone busy to make sure they get 40 hours. This person will be in the service department, as opposed to the turbine department. The service department is a lot more fixing (they'll be with an expert and get trained up) than turbine.
Technician - taking the pumps out of the ground and the piping or they are installing the pumps and the piping. They have a rig that is handling the lifting of the pumps and pipe and the field workers are assembling them on site with the help of the crew. Our people will be assisting. This is not a plumbing or pipefitter position. They simply carry large water pipes and utilize a machine to put the pipes in the ground.
Hours - 7:00 - 4:30 (if weather permits) could be some OT if they go in the field

- Ability to lift 80 lbs - 1 + year of a mechanically inclined positions (someone that has worked with equipment, on cars, with their hands, on a farm) - 1+ year of general labor/construction/concrete - desire to work their way up to turn this into a long term career.
