    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We have a very busy health and life insurance office that is looking for someone to have a career in the insurance field. If you are currently licensed it is a positive but not required at this time. Our office hours are normally 9 to 5 Monday through Friday . We offer a great benefit package. Strong computer skills are required and you must be detail oriented.     • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other office tasks


    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
