Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00

Must have Microbiology experience minimum. Handles tissue for microscopic pathology and applies techniques used in the fields of Hematology, and immunology, Immunohematology, Chemistry and Urinalysis.. Performs on-call duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Medical Technologist · Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and/or Bachelor of Arts degree in a Biological Science, which includes a 12 month internship from an approved school of Medical Technology. · American Heart Association BLS. · 3 ??years experience, ability to perform Phlebotomy · MT (ASCP) registered. CLS (NCA) registered, optional. Medical Technician · MLT/ASCP certification required · MLT(ASCP) Associate Degree · American Heart Association BLS. · 3 years experience, ability to perform Phlebotomy - Flu shot is required by the State of Colorado ++no exceptions++ during influenza season. "Influenza Season" means September 1 through March 31 of the following year, or as otherwise defined by the Department epidemiology and flu surveillance team.
