Internet Sales/ BDC Appointment Coordinator. Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group is a family owned and operated, award winning dealership is looking to add to their sales team. Job Description: Internet/ BDC Appointment Coordinator needed to help us expand our department. Previous automotive Internet Sales/BDC experience is necessary.The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional.They will respond to internet and telephone customer inquires, and make outbound phone calls. Other clerical duties required.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet inquiries and sales calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
- Generate sales appointments for our professional Sales Associates.
- Learn and have full knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etc.
- Must be comfortable making 100+ outbound follow-up calls to our prospects daily.
- Must be comfortable selling and asking for the appointment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient typing, emailing, and texting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work a 5 day work week including Saturdays, and a minimum of 2 evening shifts during the week
