North Jersey commercial General Contracting firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Professional.

Daily tasks will require direct interaction with crews, both directly hired employees and subcontractors. Detailed knowledge of layout, carpentry, masonry and concrete work is required for this position.

Coordination and oversite of all subcontractor's and a working understanding of finish trades, mechanical and electrical work is needed. Organization and motivational skills with the ability to maintain jobsite harmony on multiple projects simultaneously will be a critical component of the position.

Minimum of 10 years of construction experience is desired for this position, with a background in engineering.

Candidate will work with project manager's and report directly to the owner of the company.
