Client Care Coordinator
Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for an organized individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This position involves managing quality assurance with extensive one-on-one interaction with clients and families. This person is responsible for effectively managing multiple demands that come with the changing needs of clients. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced organization and possess excellent communication skills, be service-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team environment.

Personal & Professional On-going Training
Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions to enhance the quality of their life.
Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process
Work with office team members and CAREGivers to coordinate various aspects of a client's care.
Perform Quality Assurance Visits to best support the ongoing needs of clients and their families.
Work with outside community care partners.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work
Must have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have the availability to work evenings or weekends as required
Knowledge of the senior care industry is a plus
