Service Technician

FULL-TIME

$20/hr

Responsibilities:
• A typical day will involve visiting three to five homes or jobsites in Rhode Island or Southeastern Massachusetts to meet with homeowners and general contractors to diagnose and repair windows and doors.
• Your appointments will be scheduled by our customer service team. You will have a company telephone and ipad to contact customer service and to update service history as you complete jobs.
• Our service manager will be available to train and assist you as you learn our product line.

Shift start: 7:00AM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 200 lbs
• Must be at least 20+ years old

Some construction industry experience is a plus A degree from a technical or vocational school is a plus You should enjoy problem solving and working with tools You should enjoy engaging with homeowners and contractors
