Since 2003, our medical practitioners have provided primary care for patients of all ages, infants to seniors. We are staffed by board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners who believe that the health of our community depends on providing care and treatment to all people, regardless of ability to pay.
Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor, performs in a team relationship a variety of nursing measures based on principles of biological, physiological, behavioral, or sociological science. Maintains and demonstrates competencies in a clinical practice to include age specifics. Provides general and specialized nursing care for the Family Healthcare of Hagerstown (FHH) to ensure patient needs are met in a professional and timely manner. Supports and follows through with the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of Family Healthcare of Hagerstown community center.

Clinical Practice: Responsibility: Performs quality nursing care to ensure holistic care for patients in a Community Health Center.
Responsibility: Demonstrates a professional image through on-going self evaluations, seeking professional growth while promoting effective relationships with all Center personnel and guests.
Employer/Employee Relations: Maintains respect for employees and volunteers, and their individual commitment and contributions in support of the CHC’s mission to provide consistent quality services.
Qualifications and Experience
Basic computer skills to include launching applications, managing ‘Windows’ and Templates in the EHR, and using a Tablet PC.
Family Practice preferred.
