Mercury is seeking a Wireless Civil Foreman who will be expected to accomplish project objectives by planning, executing, and evaluating project activities. A Wireless Civil Foreman should be able to proficiently identify safety hazards, solutions, a full understanding site layout, and being proficient in reading blueprints. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, customer and quality-centric, with a
strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Has basic computer skills such as email experience and Microsoft word/excel
Concrete installation and pours
Knowledge and experience in construction layouts
Knowledge in using a laser level
Heavy equipment operating skills-skid steer, mini excavator
Ability to perform excavation, forming, tie in rebar, and utility groundings
Understands configurations and can interpret construction drawings and read prints Closeout Redlines
Perform other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position reports to the corporate headquarters to collect necessary supplies, located at
18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing,
walking and driving
Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy
during all seasons throughout the year
May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects
being managed or coordinated
Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing
protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
1-3 years of crew lead level in construction
OSHA 30 Certification
Concrete experience is a plus
Minimum of a Class E driver's license, Class A CDL is preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required
