As a Vice President, you will be based in New Hope, PA working with a highly experienced team of energetic and entrepreneurial professionals.

                          FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 required within 120 days of hire.

                          Job Description

                          • Works with senior management on business development efforts and responsible for day-to-day management of client relationships and investment banks, legal counsel, financial sponsors throughout the equity underwriting process.
                          • Work with senior team members to identify, source and convert potential clients for capital, markets transactions, Develop pitch and marketing material for potential clients; Manage the day-to-day deal process for clients and provide leverage for the senior team.
                          • Work with senior team members to advise both corporate and private equity clients on initial public offerings, marketed follow-ons and block trades.
                          • Play a leadership role with investment banks, legal counsel, clients, financial sponsors throughout the transaction execution process.
                          • Analyze complex financial models related to execution, Develop proprietary market analyses and databases to educate clients and senior team members.
                          • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to prepare pitch materials for client meetings.

                          Pricing Models and Analytics - Knowledge of pricing tools, techniques and methods; ability to assess analytical and pricing models through the use of statistical principles.

                          Qualitative Research - Knowledge of and ability to gain insight concerning the attitudes, beliefs, motivations and behaviors related to an organization's products, services and businesses.

                          Quantitative Techniques - Knowledge of and ability to use quantitative tools and techniques to measure and analyze risks.

                          Selling. - Applies knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs and enable them to achieve their financial goals. Identifies prospecting approaches to identify potential customers and create opportunities to sell financial solutions and ideas to customers.

                          Teamwork - Understanding of the necessity and value of teamwork; ability to work effectively as part of a team.

                          Work Experience

                          Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
