Our Customer Service Representatives/Outbound Sales Representatives Will:
- Provide update and excited communication with clients.
-Utilize your personality to connect with clients over the phone. 
-Follow decision making criteria, experience, and intuition to create service opportunities to clientele.
-Maintain positive energy throughout the day and serve with same energy!
-Contribute to team members positive momentum and overall fun work environment.

Responsibilities include:
-Utilizing strong communication skills and pleasant phone demeanor to influence clients.
-Be comfortable making large volume of phone calls.
-Possess understanding of office processes and how to be productive. 
-Take initiative and thrive in a very fast paced environment.
-Consistently demonstrates a "can-do" attitude and knows how to convey this over a telephone.
-Strong understanding of how to handle clients in terms and energy that they value.
-Think "on your feet" to adjust communication and personal direction to achieve targets.
-Motivated to achieve results without constant supervision in a multi-tasking and rapidly changing environment.
