• Ensuring all of the OpCo Team has the latest updates on policies and procedures. • Ensuring all external and internal hires and promotions are given the proper training to be successful within OpCo. • Certifying training restaurants within OpCo. • Completing MOS and NSF audits in OpCo restaurants. • Overseeing all restaurant re-openings and new market acquisitions; leading the restaurant operations training for these occurrences. • Communicating VOC OSAT performance via email to FBD, Area Supervisors, and all restaurants. • Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths/weaknesses; translating these requirements into training to help grow the employees. • Building training programs for Treasure Chest to prepare teaching plans. • 90% travel required.
