The purpose of this job is to support Training & Communications programs for the M&A organization. This role will design and maintain training and e-learning programs to help build the talent & development framework of the organization.
This role will also help drive organizational performance through driving effective communications efforts within M&A in support of M&A and Enterprise-wide initiatives, working to deliver broad scale communication to M&A brands and coordinating activities and functions to ensure that each communication is delivered in line with established priorities, timelines, and other specifications.
