We are seeking an experienced, poised Human Resources Manager with at least 5 years of experience as a HR Administrator or HR Generalist with a Certified Human Resource Professional designation (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) andinterest in residential construction or real estate. In this role you will serve a contemporary human resource function as a solo practitioner responsible for recruitment, administrative procedures, payroll, salary & benefits administration, company policies, and company culture.
