            Marsden Building Maintenance LLC. is currently seeking a sales leader to fill our Business Development Manager position for their Marsden West operations. This position will primarily focus on new business development with a heavy emphasis on networking and prospecting. Additional responsibilities may include strategy development, sales process management, cold calling, prospect meetings, presenting programs, building your network, trade group participation and meeting sales goals.


            • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
            • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and service needs
            • Building your customer network of property and facility management professionals.
            • Maintain CRM for sales and pipeline tracking.
            • Execute sales functions for national accounts.
            • Willing to travel 50%

            • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
            • Basic understanding of the facility services industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert
            • 5-10 years of new business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred
            • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
            • Goal driven, self-motivated, and professional
            • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
