--Assist with a variety of needs such as making payments, providing proof of insurance, password resets and as well as some policy changes to coverage and/or deductibles.
--Help customers add replacement fire and auto policies, add vehicles and drivers, and answer more complex billing questions.
--Add a vehicle to policy, new customer acquisition, providing policy explanations, etc.
LICENSING: Company will pay for you to get your P&C License as this is required for the role
PAY: $17/hour with potential pay increase once permanent. 10% shift different for 2nd shift & weekends (Pay would be $19.50/hour)
HOURS: Training is Monday to Friday for 8-12 weeks and after that need to be flexible
LOCATION: Work from home for the foreseeable future. Must live in AZ
