The Mainenance Technician will ensure environmental cleanliness, maintenance and repair of Agency facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• HS diploma or GED with 2 years maintenance or construction experience; AZ drivers license with clean driving record and be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess home telephone and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain landscaping.
• Ability to perform general electrical and plumping work.
• Ability to maintain inventory and MSDA sheets of custodial supplies.
• Ability to operate basic shop tools and equipment.
• Ability to make minor repairs to basic shop tools and equipment.
• Ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
• Possess knowledge of general carpentry and state and city codes.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends on-call.
• Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance and pass a background check.
