Store Manager Trainees work under the on-site Store Manager. Training is a structured nine-phase program for working manager trainees. Completion of the training is three to twelve months, based upon prior retail and/or management experience. Relocation from the training store location is a requirement after training is successfully completed. Retail supervisory/management experience and Agriculture background preferred. Must be committed to excellent and efficient customer service. A competitive salary complements a comprehensive benefit package.
