        Job Description

        Under the leadership of manager, drive learning and communication activities towards delivery for an enterprise-wide program in support of Clients Digital Transformation. Ideal candidates would have some background in Financial Services, Lean, Agile, Technology and Consulting. Prior experience at Clients is a plus. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Supports the design, development, and delivery of training communications collateral (i.e., interactive training playbooks, quick reference guides, training presentations, learner personas, infographics, videos, graphics, executive presentations, talking points, FAQs, etc.) Supports the design, development, and delivery of training (instructor-led, virtual, and classroom training) Supports the design, development, and delivery of engagement activities (brown bags, townhalls, road shows, lunch and learns etc.) Identifies key stakeholders and prescribes approaches for effective and timely training, communications and engagement activities to include conducting a stakeholder analysis and learning needs assessment to understand training requirementsneeds Applies innovative processes, tools and best practices to enable successful adoption of change via training, communications and engagement Manages existing training materials for all program-related end user content, working with development team to ensure content is up to date and relevant on a recurring basis Manages communications portal for all program-related end user content, working with development team to ensure content is up to date and relevant on a recurring basis EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Learning Development, Communications, or Marketing preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 5-7 years related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS Previous experience in Application Deployments (Analytical Work required) Communicates and interacts confidently with executive level (e.g. ability to interview, provide feedback, influence) Demonstrate aptitude for paying close attention to details and capacity to deliver high-quality, impactful verbal and written presentations and communications Understands core project management principles and can identify, triage and offer solutions and recommendations for mitigating issues and risk Exceptional skills in PowerPoint and other creative tools (e.g., Powtoons, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate)
