    We are looking for a Project Manager for Pilgrim's that will report to the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.

    Responsibilities:
    • Leads the definition of timelines, goals, tasks and resource requirements for Retail and Food Service Innovation Projects
    • Collaborates with internal cross-functional partners, including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Packaging, Market Intelligence, and Regulatory to clearly identify, explain, and communicate their project involvement, project goals, expectations, and tasks with respect to meeting and or exceeding specific project timelines
    • Independently leads cross-functional teams through the executional elements of projects. This is a hands-on project management role; expected to develop, track and manage detailed project (and product) level timelines and critical path schedules.
    • Drives team accountability for high quality deliverables and ensures projects meet milestones as well as project/business objectives working within Pilgrim's project management systems (Manage Artwork, Accolade, SAP, IPS)
    • Proactively identifies and escalates risks and issues to relevant stakeholders; with direction and guidance, leads development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning
    • Drives progress and movement of projects through the stage gate decision forums using the Accolade system including maintaining project templates and updated forms as defined for each project
    • Develops and manages up-to-date timelines inclusive of the critical milestones, key interdependencies and resource constraints
    • Monitors project status and execution; develops agendas, minutes, and metrics for the innovation team
    • Ensures effective use of resources, communicates organizational priorities, and drives timely execution of projects
    • Initiates the finished goods master data setup and communicates completed information to all stakeholders so all systems can be properly implemented to produce, ship, sell and invoice innovation products
    • Identifies process improvements and promotes the sharing of standard methodologies
    • Manages multiple priorities with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 3-5 years of experience in project management- CPG and/or food industry preferred
    • Experience with product commercialization, stage gate, and process improvement
    • PMP Certification preferred
    • Experience with Accolade project system or other project system preferred
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Advanced time management, analytical skills, and attention to detail
    • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills: comfort and ability interfacing up, down and across cross-functional teams
    • Listens patiently and acts with a sense of urgency
    • Understands how to get work done through others using organizational savvy
    • Synthesizes multiple pieces of information and acts decisively- using critical thinking skills
    • Manages multiple tasks simultaneously to deliver deadlines and priorities in a complex environment
