The position of Receptionist requires an individual able to answer a multi-line phone system, act as an interdepartmental customer liaison, and greet visitors upon arrival at the dealership.  



In business for over 15 years, we have built our locally owned business one customer at a time, and by creating a truly special place for our team to call home. After moving to West Greeley in the summer of 2020, we now call our brand new, 15-acre RV Supercenter home! This new location offers the opportunity to work in a custom-built, premier facility located only 6 short miles from I-25.

The position of Receptionist requires a warm, enthusiastic individual who will greet our customers warmly upon arrival at the dealership, act as an interdepartmental customer liaison, and answer our multi-line phone system. 

Key Responsibilities:
This position reports to the General Manager

  • Provide a forward-facing reflection of the fun, unique culture of our company, including:
  • Greet visitors upon their arrival with a warm welcome, interacting effectively to represent the dealership with a pleasant first impression.
  • Have excellent telephone etiquette and tact.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with TGORV guidelines.
  • Check on status of phone conversations and notify customers of any delays in getting them to the right person.
  • Strive to provide a professional and inviting office environment at all times.
  • Other Duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of interdepartmental functions and experience in interacting closely with each department to effectively ensure customers and vendors are being handed to the correct person.
