Excels in performing all Crew Member tasks including: order taker/cashier, grill operator, sandwich dresser, fry station, frontline operator and quality control. Maintains accurate service in a fast paced environment. Ensuring an excellent customer experience and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards. Leads crew members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant. This includes supervising and training crew, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and proper shift changes, and completing end of shift tasks. Guarantees proper control of company assets and cash handling, and makes accurate deposits. Has a desire to further their career within the company. Completes all other duties assigned as necessary.
Minimum Age 18+. 1 year of prior management experience. Management in retail/food is a plus.
Must be able to work days, nights and weekends. High energy and great at working well with others. Works well supporting other crew in completing their tasks. Motivates and coaches crew members. Offers friendly service and accessible to customers. A great learning environment to learn basic management skills, and have fun while doing it.
