We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will work with PM and Project Supervisors in bidding, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of a variety of commercial projects.
Established, family owned commercial general contractor located in Wayne NJ looking for a Construction Project Coordinator for our very busy office. This position would require someone with experience in the bidding process for public work bids, creating and tracking RFI's, submittals and change orders, working with material orders, proposals etc.
Qualifications • 2+years construction experience • Understanding of Change Orders • Time and materials billing, all aspects of construction. Must be able to multi task Job Description: • Assist in the creation and tracking of submittals, RFI's, change orders and close out documents • Prepare proposals and bid packages • understand plans, obtain pricing, issue purchase orders as needed, cost code invoices • Support Field staff as needed • Handling of material orders etc. Able to speak/understand Spanish is a plus
