Our client, is in need of a bilingual customer service representative to join their team. They are a specialized dealer of tile, concrete, stone, flooring etc. Most of their business is e-commerce, but they do have a showroom and they will have contractors who come in to shop on occasion.
Everyone will be considered, but if you are fluent in Spanish that is a plus! This is a great opportunity to grow with a business that is currently expanding.
• Handling 50-60 inbound/outbound calls from contractors regarding their orders, products they are interested in, or returns of their products.
• Reaching out to vendors to provide updates on the inventory of products
• Data entry of all information from customers into their ERP software (Oracle based NetSuite)
• There will be a little troubleshooting involved, either answering the questions or route the call to the best person to answer the questions and provide returns on orders
