AEROTEK HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Assistant Beam Operator

PAY/BENEFITS: $15.00/hour starting pay. Competitive benefit package available with employer.

HOURS: 

-12 hour Day shift 6:30am - 6:30pm

-12 hour Night shifts 6:30pm - 6:30am

-Schedule (2-2-3)

A Shift = Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM

B Shift = Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM

C Shift = Thursday - Saturday every other Wednesday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM

D Shift = Thursday - Saturday every other Wednesday, 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM

DUTIES:

The Beam Operator has the following responsibilities:

-To ensure that materials are produced, packaged, and identified properly and with a goal of satisfying company's customers.

-To maintain effective communication with supervisors.

-To maintain effective communication with assisting, relieving, and/or oncoming personnel.

-To ensure that all employees under their authority, are completing job duties in a manner consistence with the written procedures for the job title.

-Operate the Beam Controls as described in corresponding Work Instruction.

-Ensure all Quality test are performed as needed.

-That all safety requirements, procedures, and equipment are being used properly and all OSHA required regulations are followed.

-To supervise temporary operating employees.

-Must perform certain laboratory tests on beam product.

-Help perform maintenance on Beam equipment as needed.

-To ensure that work area is kept clean at all times.

-To fill in at other areas when needed.

-Able to trouble shoot problems on beams, mills, ovens, dispersions, compressors

Requirements:

-Must be flexible to all shifts

-Forklift/mobile equipment experience

-Reliable transportation

-Must be able to work off elevated platforms

-Computer acclimated

-Basic Math Skills

-Prior experience with office programs

-Flexible with schedule/shifts

-High school diploma/GED
