The primary role of our Guest Experience Leader is to ensure customer satisfaction by performing various tasks within our restaurant including preparation, production, cleaning and counter service in according to McDonald's golden standards. As the Guest Experience Leader, it is your responsibility to give our guest a warm and energetic welcome that will make their visit unforgettable!
You may be responsible for:
• Greeting customers with a smile
• Taking accurate food orders
• Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
• Communicating with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Restaurant Cleanliness and Safety
• Ensuring items are well stocked
